OYO 2162 Hotel JoeRose Villa Noida's Finest

"Its a 2 or 3 bed room flat with a common dining space. I booked Deluxe Double Room and was allotted one room in that flat. The room was very small probably 120-130 sqft. Room description says 1 single bed and 1 large double bed, however it had only one double bed with a very little space left in the room. I had to cancel the room and book another property as I was travelling with my wife and son of 10 years. It cannot be considered as a hotel. It can be categorized as home stay."

"The gorgeous potted flowers lining up the gate and the terrace, the clean sheets and fuzzy white towels, the separate wet and dry zones of the bathroom.. all clear indicators that the hosts truly have a discerning eye for detail.. but the warmth and hospitality truly takes u back! For women travelling on their own this place really is a haven!! Providing all the amenities of a hotel in a home!!"

"One of the worst place I was allotted by some agent. I don't know how they run under title of OYO. I would give infinite negative stars Very tiny room was charged 4000/- even a single adult could hardly walk around the bed. Western toilet seats were completely unfitted. Falling down every time. Western toilet water was not flussing out. Every time we have to fill-in bucket and flush manually. Worst wash basin. Food they give only what they make for their family as the owner stays with family at the enterence. I am wondering how OYO is encouraging this type of accommodation. No time to write more... I stayed on 18/01/2024 Someone pls tell me how to report to OYO. Pls check rooms before booking. Don't get yourself deceived."
